Humanities for Leadership Minor
Good leadership requires strong interpersonal skills that include a robust sense of self and the capacity to understand others. These skills are significantly developed through the practices of a humanities education, such as ethical reasoning, historical thinking, careful attention to meanings in context, clear communication, and empathy for others. The Humanities for Leadership minor is designed to complement any degree by strengthening these skills.
