Professional Writing and Rhetoric Minor
The minor provides students an understanding of how writing mediates activities in professional settings. Students engage with rhetorical theories; study and use a variety of writing technologies and processes; and practice writing, revising, and editing a variety of texts that college-educated graduates can be expected to produce in their civic and professional lives.
Courses taken credit/no-credit will not count toward the minor. A minimum 2.00 GPA is required for all courses in the minor. This minor is open to all majors except English: Professional Writing.
