Real Estate Minor
An introduction to the business of real estate investment and management. The minor emphasizes the management of commercial real estate properties and the analysis of real estate investment assets. It is not open to Finance majors. Applications to declare the minor will be considered for students who have completed at least 30 credit hours and have a GPA above 2.5.
